• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.

• For high-value orders, we may request an advance payment to confirm and process your purchase securely.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Provided delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics delays, natural events).

• The risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect details.

• For security, please verify your parcel physically before sharing any delivery OTP with the courier personnel.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.

• Returns: Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging.

• Refunds: Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned Product.
