Vibestreet Shipping Policy (For India Orders)

We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, processes, and what you can expect after placing an order with Vibestreet.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer two primary shipping services to balance speed and cost:

  • Fast Shipping

    • Andhra Pradesh: 3-4 business days after dispatch.

    • All Other States: 4-6 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping

    • Andhra Pradesh: 5-6 business days after dispatch.

    • All Other States: 6-8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by logistical factors, remote location accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, order weight, and the shipping service selected. The final delivery cost will be clearly displayed in your order summary before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact our customer service team.

5. Our Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted national and regional courier services to ensure safe delivery, including:
DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, BlueDart, India Post, and other reliable carriers.

6. Receiving Your Order

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly advise you to inspect the parcel for any visible damage before accepting it. If the package appears tampered with or severely damaged, you may refuse delivery or note “Damaged” on the delivery receipt.

  • Immediate Reporting: Any issues with the delivered items (damage, wrong product, missing parts) must be reported to us on the same day via WhatsApp at +1 (601) 456-0606

7. Failed Delivery & Returns

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect/insufficient address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the parcel will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the resulting return shipping charges, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.

8. Holidays & Non-Working Days

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or national/state public holidays. In such cases, your delivery will occur on the next working day.
