1. Return Policy

You may return an item under the following conditions:

• The return must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be returned within 7-10 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Some items, such as clearance or customized products, are marked as non-returnable on their product page.

3. Parcel Opening Video is Mandatory: To process any claim, a clear, unedited video of you opening the parcel is required. Without this video, we will be unable to proceed with your request.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

2. Replacement Policy

We offer a free replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect.

To request a Replacement:

3. Submit the mandatory unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

4. Once approved, your replacement will be shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 2-10 business days, depending on your location.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• For returns that meet our Return Policy criteria, a refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

• If an item is damaged/defective, and you prefer not to receive a replacement, you may request a full refund instead.

4. Non-Returnable Items
